Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and broader Americas region.

You will lead due diligence, coordinate with internal teams, and support lease negotiations from LOI through delivery. The role requires 10+ years in site selection or related fields, deep knowledge of power procurement, permitting, and regulatory frameworks across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center site selection or related fields.
• Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas.
• Coordinate technical and commercial feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Lead site-level due diligence including power, utilities, zoning, and permitting.
• Support lease negotiations and track deal milestones from LOI to close.
• Maintain site records in Salesforce and monitor deal health across regions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Capacity Planning, Networking, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
