Job summary

CoreWeave seeks an experienced Site Selection Manager for the Americas to identify and advance data center opportunities across the U.S. and Americas.

You’ll assess power, costs, permitting, and regulatory risk while coordinating with internal teams to keep deals moving from screening to delivery readiness. Responsibilities include due diligence on power, zoning, and utilities; supporting lease negotiations; and maintaining accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data center site selection or related experience.
• Knowledge of U.S. and Americas markets, utilities, and permitting.
• Experience leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume deals with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center opportunities across U.S. and Americas.
• Coordinate feasibility reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Lead due diligence on power, permitting, zoning, and environment.
• Support lease negotiations and deal review materials.
• Maintain Salesforce records and monitor deal health.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
