Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a regional data center leader to manage and deploy data center sites within the region. You will own the action plan from kickoff to delivery, build strong cross-functional relationships, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure timely completions.

You will travel up to 40% across sites, support procurement, and develop site standards and training. A hands-on leader with deep data center knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Deep understanding of data center topology, deployment and operations.
• 5+ years of computer hardware experience.
• 2+ years of Linux operating system experience.
• 4+ years of fiber/ethernet cabling experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deploy new and ongoing data center sites within your region, owning the action plan from kickoff through delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with Project Management, Program Management, and Regional Data Center Managers.
• Synchronize daily with on-site Tiger Team Build Leads to resolve blockers and keep builds on schedule.
• Set weekly goals and action plans for Build Leads, with contingency plans for changing site conditions.
• Attend capacity and build sync meetings and relay updates to regional stakeholders.
• Maintain high visibility in build communications to support on-site teams.
• Coordinate with Procurement on shipments and report shortages or damages.
• Assess staffing weekly and align headcount with the Project Coordinator.
• Travel to regional sites for hands-on support and decisions on builds.
• Develop site-build standards and site-specific documentation.
