Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Site Leader to deliver world-class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration projects involving Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. You will be the on-site technical representative, coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure cost controls, schedules, resources, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, long-duration power/HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure equipment in data centers.
• Ability to manage start-up and commissioning on site.
• Strong safety leadership and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide jobsite leadership for large projects.
• Lead on-site team including Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to drive cost controls, schedule adherence, and resource management.
• Represent Vertiv at daily customer meetings and coordinate activities on-site.
