Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects in data center construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and data center standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety and ensure required documents filed.
• Conduct and participate in project meetings, driving milestones.
• Interface with Client, GC, trades, and consultants at all stages.
• Coordinate scheduling, ensure quality control and logistics.
• Manage punch lists, completion, and close-out documentation.
