Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.

The role includes hiring and training, scheduling, incident response, monitoring CCTV, reporting, and enforcing contract compliance. Required are a high school diploma and supervisory security experience, plus licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass State-required training/licensing for licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Minimum of one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry or an associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at a designated site.
• Hire and train security staff; schedule and assign shifts.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems; respond to incidents.
• Liaise with on-site manager; enforce policies and procedures.
• Maintain records of security incidents and trainings.
• Develop and deliver training programs; provide continuous instruction on equipment.
