Job summary

Allied Universal in Haskell, TX is hiring a Security Site Training Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and payroll for an assigned account. You will build and maintain strong client and employee relationships while driving security programs to meet financial and service goals.

Responsibilities include general operations and HR management, safety planning, and site training coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration or related field.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Proven project management experience, seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Experience in security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement.
• Minimum of 2 years of operations supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related office tech.
• Ability to research, gather, and analyze facts to solve problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General Operations management; update post orders and supervise shift-level staff.
• HR management: staffing, performance reviews, attendance and conflict resolution; scheduling.
• Administer Safety Program and emergency response planning; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Project management including planning, risk assessment, budgeting.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies.
• Assist recruiters in staffing and hiring quality candidates.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and policy communications.
• Ensure client satisfaction and timely communication.
