Convergint is seeking a Security Project Technician (Data Centers) in Cartersville, GA. You will install, program, start-up and certify security, fire, and life safety systems on projects, and train customers to operate the systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer-focused role with service mindset.
• Willing to learn fire alarm and security systems.
• Travel to local job sites and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, test, repair and service security systems on projects.
• Start-up, certify, and train customers on assigned systems.
• Interpret manuals and wiring diagrams to install equipment.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Engineering for quality and schedule.
