Honeywell Building Automation is seeking a Sr. Sales Manager for the Data Center vertical to drive growth with large North America data center customers. You will lead a remote team across data centers, managing 4+ field sales colleagues and shaping strategic opportunities.

You will focus on data center industry trends, executive engagement, and complex solution selling across building automation, energy management, software, and mission-critical infrastructure. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Data Center Industry Expertise
• Strong knowledge of industry trends including power availability, sustainability, resiliency, cooling technologies, and AI-driven capacity growth.
• 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Consistent record of exceeding revenue, margin, and growth targets while building an accountable, collaborative, customer-focused culture.
• Develop and execute vertical market strategies covering segmentation, account prioritization, customer targeting, and resource alignment.
• Use KPIs, pipeline analytics, forecasting, win/loss insights, market intelligence, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and drive market-share growth.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, developers, investors, operators, and key decision-makers.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, shape demand early in the buying cycle, and advance complex opportunities.
• Lead teams selling technical, multi-stakeholder solutions across building automation, energy management, controls, software, digital platforms, and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Navigate long sales cycles, large capital projects, and complex customer organizations.
• Align sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and strategic account teams to develop and win major opportunities.
• Influence effectively across a matrixed organization through clear communication, coaching, and change leadership.
