Qualifications

• Data Center Industry Expertise: 7+ years enterprise sales serving data center accounts and related customers.
• Sales Leadership: 3+ years leading high-performing sales teams with measurable growth.
• Market Strategy and Analytics: develop vertical market strategies and use KPIs & forecasting.
• Executive Customer Engagement: build relationships with C-suite and key decision-makers.
• Complex Solution Selling: lead multi-stakeholder sales across building automation and infra.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align sales, marketing, engineering, operations and account teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise sales for data center accounts across NA with executive sponsorship.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and strategic account development.
• Develop vertical market strategies, KPIs, and forecasting for opportunities.
• Engage with executives and decision-makers to shape demand early.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to win large, multi-year projects.
• Coach and develop field sales team members and succession plans.
