Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated recent graduate for the ACE Program, a structured 18‑month sales development track. You will gain hands‑on customer experience, mentorship and training to move into inside sales roles across Data Center solutions in North America.

The role starts mid‑2027 in Milwaukee or York, with six months in Milwaukee/Gle renders. Expect rigorous training, strong emphasis on communication, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; business, mechanical or computer engineering degrees highly preferred.
• Recent graduate or undergraduate senior expecting to graduate between Apr 2027 – Jun 2027; program starts Jun 2027.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI (Glendale, WI) for the first six months, then relocate to Milwaukee WI or York PA.
• U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.
• CCNA or AWS Cloud certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Available to travel up to 10% as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Data Center leads from conferences, inquiries and webinars.
• Provide inside sales support to Data Center sales teams.
• Support RFIs and RFPs from customers.
• Assist with account planning and CRM opportunity pipeline.
• Attend training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations as Subject Matter Expert.
• Travel for live training and shadowing at facilities.
• Coordinate customer visits with sales teams and internal partners.
