Job summary

Johnson Controls Accelerated Commercial Excellence (ACE) program is an 18-month sales development track designed to convert recent graduates into skilled channel or product sales professionals. It includes instructor-led training, hands-on customer experience, and mentorship to build technical sales acumen for seven business units.

The role supports GDCS in North America, with initial six months based in Milwaukee, WI, at HQ.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Business, Mechanical or Computer Engineering preferred).
Recent graduate or undergraduate senior graduating Apr 2027–Jun 2027. Program starts Jun 2027.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Must be able to be in Milwaukee, WI for the first six months, then relocate to Milwaukee WI or York PA.
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Manage Data Center leads from conferences, website inquiries, webinar attendees, etc.
Provide inside sales support to the Data Center sales teams (account managers and technical sellers).
Support customer RFIs and RFPs.
Manage account planning and hygiene cadences with the sales team.
Assist sales team with CRM opportunity pipeline management.
Attend training sessions to build Data Center product knowledge, sales tactics and soft skills.
Prepare, practice and lead multiple customer-facing product presentations.
