Job summary

Trane Technologies plc, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, seeks a Regional Project Administrator for its Data Center group. In this role, you will support project setup through completion, managing documentation, costs, invoicing, and closeout with limited supervision while coordinating with project staff to ensure timely results.

You will interact with owners, contractors, and field teams, schedule meetings, validate costs, and drive on-time project execution.

Qualifications

• One-year college or technical certificate required or 3+ years of related experience.
• Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience valued.
• Participate in lean improvements activities.
• Strong communication and proactive, independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Plans and reviews assigned projects, establishes schedules and procedures to achieve goals.
• Communicates with customers and representatives including owners and contractors.
• Schedules and participates in internal project team meetings for information transfer.
• Validates cost to date and reconciles project data in the business system.
• Manages invoicing process and coordinates attachments and mailing with Shared Financial Services.
• Reviews billing backlog and coordinates with Project Managers and technicians to resolve obstacles.
• Shares project concerns with Project Manager and leaders.
