Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician to perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a Data Center operation. The role sits in the Critical and Technical Services function.

You will inspect Mechanical & Engineering systems, monitor BMS alarms, coordinate with vendors, and document maintenance activities to meet safety and quality standards. You will need to meet physical requirements and work shift schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Experience with basic IT and office software is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on data center equipment.
• Monitor and respond to Building Management System alarms.
• Coordinate with third‑party vendors and ensure compliance with processes and regulations.
