Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation’s Automated Logic division seeks a Mission Critical Field Service Supervisor in Virginia to lead a team of field engineers delivering building automation solutions for data centers and other critical environments.

You will own projects, coordinate with PMs and customers, ensure uptime and reliability, and mentor engineers while advancing in a role that combines leadership with hands-on technical excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in HVAC, construction or building automation industry.
• 1+ years with Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel regionally with an occasional overnight stay.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Field Engineers.
• Coordinate field execution for mission critical and data center projects.
• Support project planning, scheduling, staffing, commissioning, and technical checkout activities.
• Ensure compliance with change management, safety, and operational readiness.
• Partner with Project Managers to manage resources, budgets, quality, and customer expectations.
• Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for BAS installations, integrations, and commissioning activities.
