Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking a Data Center Tender/Quotation Specialist (Remote) to support national Data Center Key Account Managers. You will prepare field services proposals for critical data center infrastructure, including power delivery and automation, and tailor 24/7 service agreements to uptime needs.

You will collaborate across teams to formulate bids, ensure detailed tenders with costs, and manage bid documentation and progress reporting. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM or business.
• 12+ years in Sales, Commercial Operations, Engineering or Field Service.
• Willingness to travel domestically.
• Experience with industrial power delivery or data center power systems.
• Interface with internal and external customers.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Formulate competitive bids, estimates, and quotations with optimal product mix and terms.
• Ensure tenders are well-documented with full and accurate costs.
• Lead planning of technical, financial, and project management aspects of bids.
• Manage collection and archival of offer/order documentation and track bid status.
