Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks an Assistant Project Manager to help drive delivery of network infrastructure and cabling projects at a site. You will support scheduling, budgeting, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site teams, preparing cost estimates, reviewing plans, guiding purchasing, and ensuring compliance. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1–3+ years of direct work experience in construction management, data centers, or structured cabling.
• Track record of delivering mission critical programs on time and within budget.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; contract negotiation experience is a plus.
• Experience in leading teams and engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

• Establish program schedule and ensure targets for schedule, cost, quality and safety are met.
• Consult with clients, deliver presentations, and prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Direct and supervise project team and manage procurement and subcontractors.
• Prepare contracts, monitor changes, and ensure permits and licenses are secured.
• Coordinate with internal/external design, construction, network, and facilities partners.
