Job summary

Jacobs in the United States is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the data center team. You’ll work with senior project managers on RFPs, proposals, contracts, coordinating design and construction, governance, field quality control, and project turnover.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in architecture, construction, or engineering or related discipline and at least 2 years of experience on large-building or civil projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction, or Engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams, maintain project governance, and conduct field quality control of trades at site.
• Ensure successful project turnover and support senior project managers in all aspects of project management.
