Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team in the United States. You will work closely with senior project managers on every phase of project delivery, from RFP preparation to contract management and field oversight, ensuring transparent and organized execution of complex programs.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering and have at least two years of experience in large building or civil projects.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in all aspects of project management, including preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, conducting field quality control of the craft trades at site, and ensuring successful project turnover.
