Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our data center team. The role supports senior project managers across all aspects of project management, including preparing RFPs, soliciting proposals, negotiating and managing contracts, coordinating design and construction teams, maintaining project governance, and conducting field quality control at site.

You will be mentored toward becoming a Project Manager while gaining exposure to complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture/construction/engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers with all aspects of project management.
• Prepare RFPs and solicit proposals, and negotiate/manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams, maintain project governance, and conduct field quality control.
