Astreya is seeking an experienced Project & Program Management II to coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery. You will manage schedules, assets, and KPIs while guiding teams through change control and documentation.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, proactive issue resolution, and delivering within budget. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential to drive actionable insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Experience planning, tracking, and delivering projects on schedule.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience creating spreadsheets, decks, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Coordinate asset management across data centers and warehouses.
• Gather and maintain project requirement lists and updates.
• Provide weekly status updates and action-item tracking.
• Coordinate reviews, follow-ups, and risk mitigation activities.
• Communicate status to project teams and executives clearly.
• Identify trends, incidents, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
