Job summary

Astreya is seeking an Sr Technical Program Manager (Data Center New Build) to serve as the central coordinator for network infrastructure deployment at new data center builds from cable start to Production Ready. The role acts as the glue between Design, Engineering, Construction and Deployment teams, ensuring milestones are tracked and dates are committed.

The candidate will influence cross-functional partners, manage risks, and drive accountability across multiple sites, with 15–30% travel.

Qualifications

5–8 years of progressive PM/Program Management experience in data center construction, network infrastructure, or critical facility deployment.
Experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range with multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies.
Strong understanding of data center network infrastructure and production network layers.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain deployment milestones from Cable Start to Production Ready for assigned buildings.
Lead or co-lead New Build coordination calls with cross-functional teams and partners.
Coordinate deployment across 2–4 concurrent sites, tracking hardware delivery SLAs and material logistics.
Identify schedule risks early and create SEVs for blockers; escalate when needed.
Contribute to process standardization and mentor incoming DEMs.
