Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project & Program Management II to coordinate data center initiatives from initiation to delivery in New Albany, OH. The role covers asset management, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with SDMs/Project Managers to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive weekly updates, track KPIs, and participate in stakeholder meetings, while advancing process improvements and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years’ related experience in project/program management or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating data center projects including network/server/software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, hours and expenditures.
• Manage asset and material tracking across data centers and warehouses.
• Gather requirements and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project reviews and track action items to closure.
• Communicate project status to client executives and teams.
• Assist with risk management, issues, and trend analysis.
• Collaborate with regional teams for resources and ticket resolution.
• Support knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
