Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. You will lead the project team, ensure timely completion and profitability, and act as the owner’s main contact.

You will manage procurement, change orders, reporting, safety, and coordination with owners, tenants, architects, and engineers while cultivating the client relationship for future work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field.
• Minimum 15 years commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MS Project).
• Ability to meet and deal with owners and architects professionally.
• Understanding of financial management and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day project activity to monitor schedule and construction.
• Prepare and present project reports (status, financial, schedules).
• Lead team meetings and document safety records.
• Review bids, subcontractor qualifications, and estimates.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policy.
• Manage changes and client approvals with proper change orders.
• Close project with warranty, affidavits, and final paperwork.
• Foster client relationships and pursue repeat business.
