Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. The PX will oversee the completion and profitability of major accounts, serving as the primary owner contact and leading all project personnel.

The role requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and a thorough understanding of construction management and finance to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MSProject).
• Ability to meet and deal with owners and architects professionally.
• Ability to deal with subcontractors and vendors in a businesslike manner.
• Understanding of financial management and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedule and construction activity with the local office or alliance partner.
• Prepare timely project reports including status reports, financials, and schedules.
• Lead team meetings and document safety minutes in project files.
• Review bids, procedures, sub/vendor/3rd party qualifications, and estimates.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policy.
• Present change orders and budget revisions to the client for approval.
• Close projects and manage final retainage, warranties, and records.
• Conduct lessons‑learned sessions and summarize actionable points.
• Review invoices and manage subcontractor/vendor payments.
