Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. You will lead the overall management of multiple construction efforts, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and profitability.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the project owner and design team, review bid documents, and oversee reports, meetings, and closeout documentation to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction-related degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 10–15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction projects to ensure quality, schedule and profitability.
• Lead project staff and coordinate with owner, owner’s tenants and design professionals.
• Prepare project reports, schedules and status updates per company guidelines.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with owner, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Review bids, vendor qualifications, and manage project closeout documentation.
