Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. This role leads all personnel on the project, ensures timely completion and profitability, and serves as the primary contact for the owner and tenants.

You will oversee project reporting, procurement, change orders, and coordination with architects and engineers. A long track record in commercial construction and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Construction or related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Strong communication and relationship management with owners, architects, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor day-to-day project activity to track schedule and cost.
• Prepare Project Status reports and schedules.
• Lead meetings and document safety minutes.
• Review bids, procure subcontractors, and manage change orders.
• Maintain client relations and manage payments and invoicing.
• Close project with warranty and final accounting.
