Job summary

STO Building Group (LF Driscoll) seeks a Project Executive for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. You will lead the project team, manage owner relationships, monitor schedule, quality, and profitability, and ensure timely completion.

You are a senior construction professional with extensive general contractor PM experience and a proven ability to drive value, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee procurement and change management across complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 15 years commercial general contractor project management experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, MSProject).
• Ability to meet and deal with owners and architects professionally.
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors in a business-like manner.
• Understanding of financial management and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep informed of day-to-day project activity to monitor schedule and cost.
• Prepare project reports including Status Reports, financials, and schedules.
• Lead team meetings and document safety minutes.
• Review final estimates, bid procedures, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Procure materials and subcontractors per policy.
• Identify scope changes and prepare change orders for client approval.
• Close project with warranty info, retainage, and final documents.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions with client and team.
• Review subcontractor/vendor invoices for approval or rejection.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subs, architects, and engineers.
• Manage collections and progress payments with client approvals.
• Develop repeat business by understanding client plans and forecasts.
• Represent ownership, seek profitable bid/procurement opportunities.
• Pursue upstream opportunities and maintain client decision-maker relationships.
• Network with project team members to identify leads and future talent.
• Understand contract risks and coordinate with regional offices or alliance partners.
