Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. This role requires leading multiple construction teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships to deliver a high-profile data center.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years of GC project management experience, strong communication, and relationship-building skills. On-site leadership and safety compliance are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction-related degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10-15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee schedules, spending and related items to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Prepare reports: status, financials, and schedules per company guidelines.
• Lead weekly project status meetings with owner, owner's rep, vendors, subcontractors and others.
• Disseminate project information and ensure staff understands safety policies and expectations.
• Review bid documents, bid procedures, vendor/subcontractor qualifications, estimates, and takeoffs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials per policies and procedures.
• Review invoices and manage payments with subcontractors and owner.
• Submit change orders and finalize billing with accounting.
• Prepare project closeout documentation including warranties, affidavits, records, and retainage.
• Foster effective relationships with architects, engineers, vendors, and client team.
