Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks an experienced General Superintendent to support a data center project in Butler Township, PA. You will manage field coordination, quality control, and daily supervision of subcontracted labor to meet schedule and budget targets.

The role requires 15+ years in the field with strong leadership and communication skills. Data center experience is preferred; a proactive safety focus is essential for site operations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Data Center experience preferred.
• Experience should include supervisory responsibility at General Foreman / Field Engineer / Assistant Superintendent level.
• Well developed communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains reports describing project status.
• Oversees field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted crews.
• Reviews project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives.
• Ensures safety standards are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and operators.
• Analyzes manpower, material, and equipment requirements and interfaces with supervising superintendent.
• Implements policies and work rules established by field construction management.
• Ensures safety standards are enforced and tools/equipment are in safe condition.
