Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager for a Data Center project in Butler Township, PA. The role oversees multiple construction projects, manages staff, and ensures safety, quality, and profitability through strong owner and tenant relationships.

You will prepare reports, lead weekly status meetings, and coordinate procurement, subcontractor selection, and change management while maintaining rigorous project controls and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in construction-related degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• 10-15 years of general contractor project management experience.
• Well-developed communications, decision making, financial analysis, interpersonal, organizational and team workskills are required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and architects is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors all project activity including schedules, spending and related items to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects.
• Prepares, completes or reviews all project reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Facilitates weekly project status meetings with owner, vendors, subcontractors and others.
• Ensure staff is informed of policies and expectations regarding safety and related regulations.
• Perform final review of construction documents, bid procedures, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Review invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers and subcontractors.
