Job summary

LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Civil Superintendent to support a data center new construction project in Butler Township, PA. You will lead the construction team to ensure quality, client satisfaction and profitability.

Responsibilities include managing CSA systems, coordinating MEP trades, and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and change orders. Experience in mission critical or industrial construction with Procore/Bluebeam is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction science is preferred.
• 4-5 years in mission critical, industrial, health care construction management.
• Heavy civil, structural, or architectural background preferred.
• Coming from the sub-contractor world is acceptable.
• Experience with Procore and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of CSA systems throughout the construction management process.
• Manage project staff and relationships among owner, tenants, and professionals.
• Ensure timely and accurate project documentation and administration.
• Oversee MEP trades coordination and scheduling.
• Review and report on project status, schedules, and costs.
• Prepare change orders, approve payments, and manage vendor/subcontractor invoices.
• Close out documentation including warranties and record drawings.
