L.F. Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking an experienced General Superintendent for a data center construction project in Butler Township, PA.

You will lead field coordination, maintain quality control, and supervise subcontractors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery. The role requires extensive field experience, strong leadership and safety oversight, with collaboration across Project Management and client teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of field experience.
• Mission Critical (Data Center) experience is preferred.
• Experience with supervisory roles such as General Foreman, Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the project schedule and maintains accurate status reports.
• Oversees timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces.
• Reviews project status with the Project Manager and client representatives; large projects may have multiple Superintendents.
• Enforces safety standards and ensures tools and equipment are operated safely.
• Analyzes manpower, material and equipment needs and coordinates with supervising superintendent.
• Implements policies, procedures and work rules established by field construction management.
• Ensures safety compliance in the operation area.
