Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication across vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Track design changes, RFIs, and change orders with dashboards.
• Onboard new vendors for badging and orientation.
• Update project management software with milestones and documents.
• Monitor delivery of owner furnished materials.
• Compile and store construction data from vendors.
• Manage checklists for completion, safety, and quality.
