Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is hiring a construction/project management professional to lead cross-functional coordination for regional general contractors and internal teams involved in data center construction.

You will develop tracking dashboards, review MOP submissions, manage vendor onboarding, and maintain document control across programs to ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance at all sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or project management.
• 2+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience.
• 2+ years of electrical or mechanical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading cross-functional communication between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining tracking systems for design modifications and change orders with dashboards.
• Evaluating Method of Procedure submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk.
• Managing vendor onboarding, security credentialing, and orientation programs.
• Maintaining current project management software with milestones and document control.
• Coordinating owner-furnished material deliveries to construction sites.
• Establishing a centralized repository for contractor data.
• Overseeing QA programs including safety and quality control checklists.
