Qualifications

• 3+ years of vendor management experience.
• 4+ years in a data center or other critical environment.
• 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 1+ years of relevant discipline work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication and coordination between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs and change orders with dashboards.
• Evaluate Method of Procedure submissions for thoroughness and risk.
• Manage vendor onboarding, security credentialing and orientation programs.
• Maintain project management software with milestone updates and document control.
• Coordinate owner-furnished material deliveries to sites.
• Establish centralized repository for contractor-supplied construction data.
• Oversee QA programs with checklists for substantial completion, safety and quality control.
