Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost management, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling integration, and performance analysis on large-scale hyperscale data center projects.

You will partner with project teams and executives to provide dashboards, reports, and actionable insights, driving risk management and proactive decision-making across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 7+ years of project controls, cost controls, scheduling, or related experience.
• Experience with large-scale hyperscale data center or infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls for hyperscale data center projects from startup to closeout.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, KPIs, dashboards, and progress reports.
• Integrate schedules, monitor costs, and analyze performance for leadership.
• Collaborate with PMs, schedulers, accounting, procurement, and field teams.
• Drive process improvement and ensure accurate project reporting and change control.
