Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, scheduling integration, and cost reporting for hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will partner with PMs, field operations, procurement, accounting, and executive leadership to drive performance.

The role requires 7+ years in project controls, strong Excel/BI skills, and experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and related software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
7+ years of project controls, cost controls, project management, scheduling, engineering, construction, or related experience.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost management, scheduling integration, progress measurement, cash flow analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project controls activities for hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects from startup through closeout.
Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, cost reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
Support scheduling integration, progress tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, trends, and corrective actions.
Oversee reporting processes and provide analysis to leadership.
Drive continuous improvement across controls processes and reporting standards.
