Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, scheduling integration, and cost reporting for hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects. You will partner with PMs, field operations, procurement, accounting, and executive leadership to drive performance.

The role requires 7+ years in project controls, strong Excel/BI skills, and experience with Primavera P6, Procore, and related software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of project controls, cost controls, project management, scheduling, engineering, construction, or related experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost management, scheduling integration, progress measurement, cash flow analysis, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities for hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects from startup through closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, cost reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support scheduling integration, progress tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, trends, and corrective actions.
• Oversee reporting processes and provide analysis to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across controls processes and reporting standards.
