Job summary

Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost management, forecasting, budgeting, scheduling integration, progress measurement, and performance analysis on hyperscale data center projects across North America.

You will partner with project teams, provide executive dashboards, drive risk management, change control, and continuous improvement of controls processes, while traveling approximately 75% and supporting long-term onsite assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field with relevant work experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs for large-scale projects.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and risk management skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities for hyperscale data center projects from startup through closeout.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support scheduling integration, progress tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks, trends, and corrective actions.
• Oversee reporting processes and provide analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement across controls processes and systems.
