Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to support large-scale hyperscale data center and mission-critical projects.

You will work with project managers, field teams, accounting, and procurement to develop forecasts, track costs, and maintain reporting systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of project controls or management experience, strong Excel and project controls software, and the ability to travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years of project controls, management, cost controls, scheduling, finance, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, and project performance analysis.
• Maintain project budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and dashboards.
• Monitor costs, commitments, labor, procurement, and productivity trends.
• Support monthly forecasting cycles and project reporting processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, procurement, project management, and field teams.
