Michels Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead controls for hyperscale data center projects across North America. You will manage budgets, forecasts, schedules, reporting, and risk analysis, partnering with PMs and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 7+ years of experience in project controls or related roles.
• Experience on large-scale mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with project controls software preferred.
• Ability to travel ~75% and work onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities for hyperscale and mission-critical projects.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Support scheduling integration, progress tracking, forecasting.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and corrective actions.
• Provide project performance analysis to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of controls processes.
