The ideal candidate has extensive program management experience in large infrastructure projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with alternative delivery methods. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–10+ years of program management experience on large infrastructure programs with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing capabilities.
• Experience with design‑build, PDB, CMAR delivery methods and PMO environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tech media & telecom (TMT) programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of TMT programs.
• Apply lessons learned and best practices to address client needs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee disciplines including capital planning, governance, procurement, scheduling, and risk management.
• Identify issues and mitigate risks affecting program implementation.
• Provide strategic advice and deploy resources to address challenges.
• Develop and implement program plans, startup plans, and work plans.
• Direct HDR and sub‑consultant teams delivering services.
• Promote alignment through regular communication and transparency.
• Secure resources to deliver contracted services and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance and QA/QC to meet client expectations.
• Track financial performance against targets and manage profitability.
• Support growth by building advisory relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with operations and market planning for regional needs.
• Mentor project managers within the program.
• Perform other duties as needed.
