Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a TMT Program Manager to lead complex data center programs from conception to commissioning. You will guide multi-disciplinary design teams, advise clients on technical and regulatory matters, and drive program governance, scheduling, and risk management.

The role requires strong communication and leadership across global stakeholders. You will partner with BES leaders and HDR's global TMT client management team, with travel to client sites and HDR offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field.
• Experience managing programs with multi-disciplinary teams and large capital values.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for client executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary TMT programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution.
• Oversee procurement, governance, scheduling, and risk management.
• Develop plans and tools to drive efficiency, accountability, and transparency.
