Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer or Solutions Engineer in data centre, UPS, or power distribution.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing customer relationships, driving projects, and mentoring teams.
• Strong background in Power Electronics; ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with key customers as the point of contact for critical projects.
• Mentor junior FAEs and provide technical direction and leadership in customer-facing projects.
• Take ownership of complex technical challenges, ensuring proactive solutions and project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, priorities, and resources.
• Lead the development and delivery of technical training programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Oversee and perform on-site testing, installation, and troubleshooting of systems.
