Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in data center, UPS, or power distribution roles.
- Proven leadership in customer engagement, project execution, and mentoring.
- Strong power electronics and system-level problem solving.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical engagements with key customers as primary contact for projects.
- Mentor junior FAE/solutions engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Own complex technical challenges and ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and resources.
- Develop tailored customer solutions and present design proposals.
- Oversee on-site testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Feedback product gaps to internal teams.
