Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Planning and Delivery Manager (Owner's Representative) to lead on-site scheduling for mission-critical data center construction in a hybrid environment. You will validate contractor schedules, coordinate with general contractors, and drive delivery readiness through commissioning and turnover.

The role requires deep field experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including tenants or developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may compensate.
• 5+ years in field construction, scheduling or planning on large projects.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 for schedules and validation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with GC coordination and turnover readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site schedule leadership and validation.
• Collaborate with GCs, superintendents, and trade partners.
• Walk sites regularly to identify schedule risks.
• Prepare weekly schedule updates and risk summaries.
• Integrate commissioning milestones with planning.
