Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planning & Delivery Manager to lead on-site scheduling for mission-critical data center construction projects. You will validate contractor schedules, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure alignment with commissioning milestones to deliver ready-for-turnover facilities.

Ideal candidates will have Primavera P6 expertise, strong communication, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years of experience on commercial/industrial/mission-critical construction projects in field-based roles.
• Proven Primavera P6 scheduling skills for active field operations.
• Understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, site logistics, procurement, commissioning and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site presence to validate contractor schedules and field conditions.
• Work with GC schedulers and trade partners to evaluate sequencing and crew loading.
• Walk the project to identify risks, coordination conflicts, and constraints before milestones.
• Provide independent feedback on schedule health and field performance.
