Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planning & Delivery Manager to lead on-site schedule management for mission-critical data center construction projects, acting as an extension of the Owner's Representative team.

You will validate Primavera P6 schedules, coordinate with general contractors and trade partners, integrate commissioning and turnover milestones, and report schedule health to project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in field-based construction scheduling or planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 for schedule development and validation.
• Ability to work with General Contractors, superintendents, and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-site schedule leadership and validation of contractor sequencing and progress.
• Own and analyze the owner's view of the project schedule; review milestones and recovery plans.
• Support coordination meetings and turnover planning; track procurement and commissioning milestones.
• Align construction schedules with commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover activities.
