KALCON is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to support the on-site delivery of data center construction projects. Acting as the Owner's Representative, this role provides day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities, contractor performance, project interfaces, schedule execution, quality assurance, commissioning readiness, and project turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale construction projects (data centers, healthcare, industrial).
• Experience as Field Manager or Owner’s Representative in active environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, safety, and turnover.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field oversight and coordination of construction activities.
• Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and turnover requirements.
• Lead or support field coordination meetings and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate base-building, tenant fit-out, and live-facility interfaces.
• Ensure safety, quality, and commissioning readiness for project turnover.
