Job summary

KALCON is seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planning & Delivery Manager to support mission-critical data center construction projects. This role provides on-site schedule leadership, construction planning support, schedule validation, and delivery oversight throughout construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

The candidate will work closely with General Contractors, superintendents, and vendors to validate scheduling assumptions, manage critical paths, and ensure alignment with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• 5+ years of experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, manufacturing, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects in field-based roles with scheduling responsibilities.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 to develop, maintain, analyze, and validate construction schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active on-site presence to validate contractor schedules and progress against field conditions.
• Own and maintain the owner's view of the project schedule, reviewing logic, float trends and recovery plans.
• Coordinate sequencing with procurement, equipment deliveries, commissioning activities, and turnover milestones.
• Align schedules with commissioning, startup, testing, and turnover milestones to ensure operational readiness.
